PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SANOQUAT is food service (and other areas) sanitiser. It can be used on a variety of surfaces and is suitable for direct food contact services.
A quaternary ammonium disinfectant, effective against a wide range of bacteria, moulds and some viruses. Non-corrosive to most surfaces. MPI Approved C43 (all products except dairy*)
*Dairy means on the farm in milking sheds - Milk that goes on for food processing (cheese etc) comes under the under general food processing

DIRECTIONS
All surfaces articles and equipment should be washed down with an appropriate cleaning agent and rinsed. Sanoquat should then be applied via a spray or immersion of equipment. Sprayed surfaces must be fully wetted. Surfaces must remain in contact with Sanoquat for at least five minutes, but at least 10 minutes is preferred especially on porous surfaces. Dilute to 200ppm for food contact surfaces 2ml per litre. On non food contact surfaces can be used 400 – 800ppm or 4-8 ml per litre.

In order to meet MPI approval standards all products / surfaces should be washed down with potable water.

Products containing this – QC , Sanoquat, Clean Bowl , Total , Bath and Shower, Spray and Wipe, Supress, Masquerade, all Two Way products.
Effective against bacteria
Safe to use and quite safe on surfaces.
Effective against some viruses – mainly influenza
Not effective on norovirus

PRECAUTIONS
Store in separate & secure area.
Store in original container.
Do not mix with other chemicals.
Rinse container when finished, recycle where possible.
Keep out of reach of children

WARNINGS
May be a skin or eye irritant.

FIRST AID
Ingestion: drink 1-2 glasses of water. Seek medical advice. Do not Induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing patient.
Skin Contact: rinse with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact: flush with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Inhalation: remove from further exposure. Seek medical advice if discomfort continues. Spillage: contain spillage with absorbent and dispose in accordance with local regulations.
