PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Strong Acidic detergent/sanitiser.
For use in the food industry.
Removal of milkstone, beerstone and other mineral scale found in food processing.
Can be used to brighten stainless steel.

For high turbulence dairy plants use Process ULF.
Alkaline wash of whole plant should be done weekly. Use Sentry by Arnold Products.

DIRECTIONS
General cleaning:
Process is recommended to be used at 150 mls per 10 litres of water.
Dairy Cleaning:
Daily before milking : flush 10 litres of cold water through each set of cups.
Hot water wash (80C min) with Process at 150ml per 10 litres of water.
Daily after milking: flush 10 litres of cold water through each set of cups.
Hot water wash (80C min) with Process at 150ml per 10 litres of water. Completely flood plant and fill receiving can to half full. Circulate to 15 minutes (final temperature should not be below 65C).
Vat Cleaning: Rinse vat well with cold water. Hot water rinse to preheat vessel .Hot water wash (80C min)with Process at 150ml per 10 litres. Final wash temperature after 15 min circulation should be above 50C. Drain completely.
Rinse before use.

PRECAUTIONS
FULL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING REQUIRED. Store in separate & secure area. Store in original container. Do not mix with other chemicals. Rinse container when finished, recycle where possible.

WARNINGS
TOXIC AND CORROSIVE
Contains 425 gm/litre Phosphoric acid.
NEVER MIX WITH A CHLORINATED CLEANER.

FIRST AID
Ingestion: drink 1-2 glasses of water. Seek medical advice. Do not induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing patient.
Skin Contact: rinse with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact: flush with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Inhalation: remove from further exposure. Seek medical advice if discomfort continues.
Spillage: contain spillage with absorbent and dispose in accordance with local regulations.
