PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Thermoclean is a strong oven cleaner designed specifically for use in commercial ovens with automated cleaning systems and inbuilt drainage systems.
MPI C31 approved (all animal products except dairy)
NOTE: Some ovens require a specifically endorsed brand to cover the requirements of their warranty.
We suggest that before use, you check to warranty status of the oven and if it has such a requirement.
DIRECTIONS
Designed for ovens with an automated cleaning system (or can be used for manual cleaning of ovens)
Automated systems: simply connect the correct suction hose on the oven ( if this is colour coded then its usually Red)
Gloves and eye protection recommended when changing containers
Prior to any food in the oven, the rinse step must be completed and any direct food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water
Manual cleaning: Warm oven slightly, and spray product onto surfaces. Use steam mode and run for at least 10mins.
Allow to cool and manually rinse the whole inside of the oven with a wash gun or hose ( for ovens that have an inbuilt drains)
Direct food contact surfaces should be rinsed separately and thoroughly before use.
PRECAUTIONS
Gloves, eye protection & protective clothing must be worn.
Ventilate area where possible and avoid inhalation of vapours.
Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after handling.
Store in original container.
Do not mix with other chemicals.
Rinse container when finished, recycle where possible.

HARMFUL IF INGESTED
FIRST AID
Ingestion: drink 1-2 glasses of water. Seek medical advice. Do not induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing patient.
Skin Contact: rinse with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Eye contact: flush with cold water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
Inhalation: remove from further exposure. Seek medical advice if discomfort continues.
Spillage: contain spillage with absorbent and dispose in accordance with local regulations.
