Dilution / blend centre not pulling up product – check the little valve that goes in the product container at the end of the suction tube – these fail sometimes (yellow especially) and the product isn’t drawn up. Often replacement is the best answer but a good wash in hot water can work also. Filling the tube from the top with water (disconnect at the top and fill) reconnect and it will get underway a bit faster (works for pumps also).
